Feature gate

Requires subscription features enableAiAssistant and/or enableAiAnalytics (plan-dependent). If the icon is hidden, upgrade or enable features on your subscription.

Who can use this

How to open

  1. Sign in to /admin or /staff.
  2. Click the Maigic Assistant icon (bot/maigic icon) in the right icon bar.
  3. Type a question in natural language (e.g. sales trends, how to configure loyalty).
  4. Follow suggested actions or links returned in the assistant panel.

There is no dedicated /admin/ai-assistant page—the assistant is a slide-over / modal from the shell.

Good practices

  • Ask specific questions tied to your org context (location, date range).
  • Verify numbers in Analytics or financial reports before financial decisions.
  • Do not paste secrets, API keys, or card data into the chat.
